With a natural gift for design and a passion for people, Laís brings a unique warmth and style to every property she touches. Her eye for detail ensures each stay feels thoughtfully curated, while her Brazilian roots shine through in the welcoming, soulful energy she shares with every guest.

Now based in South Florida, Laís is the heart behind LC Property Partners, a brand built on passion, presence, and personal connection. From Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale, she and her team are hands-on and committed to creating stylish, comfortable stays that reflect the spirit of the region.
